Unwitting Tourists Have Breakfast With Obama

What the Hellll!!!! is going on in my White House. Yes, people it is our White House. And, as much as I cannot stand, this President, Vice President, First Lady, all the cabinet members, the Czars, and anyone else my Commie President has appointed, (wait, I need to take a breath,)aaaaaaahhhhhhhhhhh. Ok, I can continue, I do not want him killed. My President and et al need to be protected at all costs. I will allow my money to be spent on that endeavor.

From the AP;

It was not a state dinner, and they did not crash it on purpose.

Still, a couple who showed up at the White House a day early for a tour somehow wound up at an invitation-only breakfast with President Barack Obama and his wife, Michelle. It left to the White House once again to explain how people who were not on an event guest list wound up being ushered into the presidential mansion anyway.

The improbable adventure of Harvey and Paula Darden, Obama supporters from Georgia, took place on Veterans Day, two weeks before Virginia socialites Tareq and Michaele Salahi infamously crashed the Obamas’ state dinner for Indian Prime Minister Manmohan Singh.

The Dardens mistakenly showed up a day early for a tour scheduled through their congressman.

The White House and Secret Service both said the Dardens went through the appropriate security screenings and were allowed into the breakfast as a courtesy because there were no public tours the day they arrived.

I really would love input from my beloved Uncoopertive readers on this one. Again, what the Hellllll?

TSA accidentally reveals airport security secrets

Oh, this is just Lovely.

From the Washington Post:

The Transportation Security Administration inadvertently revealed closely guarded secrets related to airport passenger screening practices when it posted online this spring a document as part of a contract solicitation, the agency confirmed Tuesday. The 93-page TSA operating manual details procedures for screening passengers and checked baggage, such as technical settings used by X-ray machines and explosives detectors. It also includes pictures of credentials used by members of Congress, CIA employees and federal air marshals, and it identifies 12 countries whose passport holders are automatically subjected to added scrutiny.

TSA officials said that the manual was posted online in a redacted form on a federal procurement Web site, but that the digital redactions were inadequate. They allowed computer users to recover blacked-out passages by copying and pasting them into a new document or an e-mail. Current and former security officials called the breach troubling, saying it exposed TSA practices that were implemented after the Sept. 11, 2001, terrorist attacks and expanded after the August 2006 disruption of a plot to down transatlantic airliners using liquid explosives. Checkpoint screening has been a fixture of the TSA’s operations — as well as a lightning rod for public criticism of the agency’s practices.

This is just typical during our current “super information age”. Just remember, that nothing is secret anymore. So take precautions with your personal info. Cause God knows, we can’t trust the government or any establishment to do so. But we want to trust them with our health care, and our banking, and our cars, and, and, and. Well you get it.

Americans Skeptical of Science Behind Global Warming

Posted December 11, 2009 by susanbonner
Categories: Democrats, Education, Environment, Europe, News, Radio Show, Republicans, The Left, U.S. News and Politics, World News, financial news

The Uncooperative Radio Show Host and I can’t stand that we must talk about this subject over and over and over again, but it seems we have no choice and it is not going away any time soon. Sorry :(

From Rasmussernreorts;

Most Americans (52%) believe that there continues to be significant disagreement within the scientific community over global warming.

While many advocates of aggressive policy responses to global warming say a consensus exists, the latest Rasmussen Reports national telephone survey finds that just 25% of adults think most scientists agree on the topic. Twenty-three percent (23%) are not sure.

But just in the last few days, White House spokesman Robert Gibbs seemed to reject any such disagreement in a response to a question about global warming, “I don’t think … [global warming] is quite, frankly, among most people, in dispute anymore.”

Fifty-nine percent (59%) of Americans say it’s at least somewhat likely that some scientists have falsified research data to support their own theories and beliefs about global warming. Thirty-five percent (35%) say it’s Very Likely. Just 26% say it’s not very or not at all likely that some scientists falsified data.

This skepticism does not appear to be the result of the recent disclosure of e-mails confirming such data falsification as part of the so-called “Climategate” scandal. Just 20% of Americans say they’ve followed news reports about those e-mails Very Closely, while another 29% have followed them Somewhat Closely.

That’s a lower level of interest than has been shown about the White House party crashers and suggests that Americans have had their doubts about the science of global warming for some time.

Please, Please, read the rest. My Uncooperative Readers are going to need all the Amo I can give them when it comes to this issue. Trust me, it’s not going to go away. I wish it would.

Weather Talk: 2009 Atlantic hurricane season was a quiet one

My Dad lives in Florida now and Brian I lived in North Florida for seven years on five acres with our chickens, goats, rabbits and pigs. Every year we knew that there would be hurricanes, tornadoes, massive lighting strikes, and tropical storms. So what’s up with this season? What’s up with this? Is it “global warming”? No, wait, “global climate change”? Or maybe it’s because of “global cooling”. Your guess is as good as mine, because God knows, the experts haven’t a clue. So read this and let me know what you think, my Uncooperative Readers.

From inforum.com;

The 2009 Atlantic hurricane season officially ended Nov. 30, and, from the point of view of the hurricanes, it was a dud. For people living along the Gulf and Atlantic seaboards, it was a pleasant breather. Across the Atlantic basin, there were only nine named tropical systems and just three that reached hurricane force.

This is not good;

From Reuters;

WASHINGTON- A top Democratic lawmaker predicted on Wednesday that the government will be involved in shaping the future for struggling U.S. media organizations.

House Energy and Commerce Committee Chairman Henry Waxman, saying quality journalism was essential to U.S. democracy, said eventually government would have to help resolve the problems caused by a failing business model.

Waxman, other U.S. lawmakers and regulators are looking into various options to help a newspaper industry hurt by the shift in advertising revenues to online platforms.

Ok, Mr. Waxman, first, we are a “Republic”, second, we the people, are sick and tired of you commie lawmakers “bailing” everything and everyone “out”. Stop Spending My Money!!! What say you out there?

Global Warming Scandal Makes Scientific Progress More Difficult, Experts Say

Posted December 1, 2009 by susanbonner
Categories: Education, Environment, Europe, Interviews, News, U.S. News and Politics, World News, financial news, states rights

This story is going to continue to evolve, so I will be reporting on it again, and again. But this is important stuff. They, and what I mean by “they”, includes individuals, powerful people with lots of money, NGO’s, and world governments, are trying to take our freedoms away. Especially our freedom of choice. Choice on how we live, choice on where we live, choice on what we consume, and why we make the choices we do. Serious stuff, people.

From Fox News:

The trustworthiness of the scientific community’s global warming data pool is being called into question as the scandal over climate data continues to unfold.

The latest revelation came on Sunday with the publication of a report by The Sunday Times of London that scientists at the University of East Anglia’s Climate Research Unit in the United Kingdom confessed to throwing out most of the raw temperature data on which the theory of global warming is founded.

The loss of the data prevents other scientists from checking it to determine whether, in fact, there has been a long-term rise in global temperatures during the past century and a half.

“They are making scientific progress more difficult now,” says Willie Soon, a physicist, astronomer and climate researcher at the solar and stellar physics division of the Harvard University-Smithsonian Center for Astrophysics. “This is a shameful, dark day for science,” he said in an interview with FoxNews.com.

Suspect in Cop Killings Was Out on Street Despite Lengthy Rap Sheet, Sentences

From Fox News:

As the suspect in the ambush execution of four police officers remains on the run, questions are swirling as to how and why Maurice Clemmons — an ex-con who at one time faced more than 100 years behind bars — was allowed to live free.

Clemmons, 37, of Tacoma, Wash., has an extensive, violent criminal history marked by volatile and unstable behavior, according to court records and news reports.

His criminal history includes at least five felony convictions in Arkansas and at least eight felony charges in Washington, according to The Seattle Times. He had a lengthy prison sentence commuted in 2000 by former Arkansas Gov. Mike Huckabee, who cited Clemmons’ youth.

This does not bod well for Gov. Huckabee. Cause ya know the Lame Stream Media is going to pounce all over this one. They will take any opportunity to bash Fox News and conservatives. Although Gov. Huckabee is not conservative enough for me by a long shot. And I’m not to happy with Gov. Huckabee’s answer to his decision. But you read it for yourself. I’m not going to “speculate” on this situation until there is more information. I can’t stand when the Lame Stream Media does that.

2009 first year of global governance

Posted November 26, 2009 by susanbonner
Categories: Education, Environment, Europe, News, The Left, U.S. News and Politics, World News

Now, my Uncooperative Readers out there, I want you to read this article and find the missing dots, no wait, the News Behind the News. Let me give you a hint. The Lame Stream Media states that “us” conservatives are “fear mongers” and constantly trying to create a “sphere of fear”, when it comes to issues of government control. Read on MacBeth and learn for yourselves, who are the true “fear Mongers”. Hey, how many times did I say “fear” in that paragraph. lol

From World Net Daily:

In accepting his appointment as the first president of the European Union, Belgian Prime Minister Herman Van Rompuy announced that “global governance” is the only way to address the crises that beset the planet.

“We’re living through exceptionally difficult times – the financial crisis and its dramatic impact on employment and budgets, the climate crisis which threatens our very survival, a period of anxiety, uncertainty and lack of confidence,” he said in his maiden press conference. “Yet these problems can be overcome through a joint effort between our countries. 2009 is also the first year of global governance with the establishment of the G20 in the middle of the financial crisis. The climate conference
in Copenhagen is another step toward the global management of our planet.

Stork Craft to Recall 2.1 Million Cribs

I urge you to read the entire article, because it contains links and contact info about the cribs. I have read three different articles and this has the most information. But, not one article states if the parts for the crib were made in China. Show of hands that that is where they came from.

From CBSNews;

The Consumer Product Safety Commission has announced the largest crib recall in United States history, involving cribs with dropdown sides, fearing they may be unsafe, even deadly.

The CPSC, in cooperation with Stork Craft Manufacturing Inc., of British Columbia, Canada, today announced the voluntary recall of more than 2.1 million Stork Craft drop-side cribs, including about 147,000 Stork Craft drop-side cribs with the Fisher-Price logo. The recall involves approximately 1,213,000 units distributed in the United States and 968,000 units distributed in Canada.

Tough U.N. Critic Tapped to Represent U.S. on Human Rights Council

Posted November 23, 2009 by susanbonner
Categories: Democrats, Legislation, News, Republicans, The Left, U.S. Constitution, U.S. News and Politics, elections

Hope springs eternal. But, given the record of this, “left wing liberal, socialist,commie administration, who the hell knows?

From Fox News:

The California scholar and Obama donor tapped to be the first U.S. ambassador to the U.N. Human Rights Council is a fierce critic of the United Nations’ human rights record who some watchdogs say they hope will roll some heads on the controversial panel boycotted during the Bush administration.

Eileen Chamberlain Donahoe has called the U.N. policy and record toward human rights abuses erratic, inhumane and dysfunctional, and has said its inherently flawed charter leaves human rights violators “immunized” from international interference.

In what would be a drastic shift from current policy, she recommended in her 2006 Ph.D. dissertation that the United Nations condition a country’s sovereignty on its human rights record. In other words, she argued that human rights abuses can justify invasion.

U.N. critics are cautiously optimistic she’ll bring that hard-nosed attitude to the council and be willing to confront the despots and alleged human rights abusers represented there.

Again, one can only hope. Look, you/us, “the peeps” are not getting the “rest of the Story” “the rest of the story” is this: we elected our cockroaches and El Presidente, they appoint people to positions of power, ie; mostly bureaucrats, the bureaucrats want to keep their jobs, so what do they do to keep said jobs? Everything they can to uphold the current administrations agenda. Got it? That goes for Republicans as well as Democrats. All we need is love, no wait: let me reset my brain. What we need is less bureaucrats and more conservatives that believe in the Constitution.
Because after all, the Constitution is the Solution.
